Co-owner Sharon Smith, a registered nurse for over 16 years, has been using red light therapy since 2017. Working in the healthcare industry, Sharon recognized the need for alternative, non-invasive therapies in the community to promote wellness and healing. Having experienced the amazing benefits of red light therapy, combined with her passion to help others, Sharon partnered with her longtime friend, Tracie, and started Red Light & Beyond, LLC (formerly known as No Tan Lines LLP). Sharon resides in beautiful Hawaii Kai with her husband and mother.

Co-owner Tracie Oshiro worked in the healthcare industry as a payroll manager and graduated with her Masters in Business Administration from the UH Shidler College of Business at Manoa. After almost 20 years of committed service to one of Hawai’i’s leading hospitals, Tracie left to start this amazing red light business with her friend and business partner, Sharon. Tracie resides in Nu’uanu with her son and mother.
